DOLBEAU-MISTASSINI, QC, June 19, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ – The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, on behalf of the Honourable Greg Rickford, Canada’s Minister of Natural Resources, today announced funding of $2.2 million for a clean technology project in Dolbeau-Mistassini, Quebec.

The wellhead, designed to connect a single horizontal landfill gas collector, is now on site.
This system will be located along the landfill site. It will extract solid and liquid elements within the landfill gas. After this cleaning, the landfill gas will be transported to the Pilot Plant to be upgraded.
